Ode à la Vie

Ode à la vie is a ride to zouk passing among others by the Creole waltz and bossa nova

Ode à la vie is a musical journey, inspired by the wonderful comic “A life of love” from Nicoby draftsman. Without speaking, it tells the love between two people: the first stirrings of teenagers to death; the drawings are sometimes raw but never vulgar, sometimes tender but without excessive shedding, and always fair.

Combette Chris and his band performed “Ode à la Vie” synchronized with the images of the comic projected on a giant screen during the 2013 edition of “Carbet of Bubbles” festival of comics in French Guiana
